THE GENERATOR
The alternator is made of 100% copper to ensure sustainable, high-quality electricity production
The generator is fitted with an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) system with a variation margin of 1.5% (most of our competitors offer generators with AVR at 5%)
The AVR delivers a pure sinusoidal signal for a quality of electricity perfectly suited to the needs of the devices you connect to it, even sensitive ones such as mobile phones, computers, etc.
The generator delivers a constant voltage of 230V single-phase and 400V three-phase

The petrol used must be diesel.

GETTING STARTED
Simply fill up with petrol (diesel) and conventional 4-stroke engine oil
Make sure you put in enough oil, as the engine is fitted with a safety device, and an oil level that is too low will prevent it from starting
Check that the battery is properly connected and start the engine by turning the key
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
The NT-8000 SE-T generator set from Kompak also benefits from an excellent two-year after-sales service .
The procedure is quick and simple: in the event of a breakdown, we send a carrier to your home, return the product to Kompak, which repairs it and returns it to you free of charge.
Only for faults under guarantee, any misuse by the customer excludes the guarantee.
